Liability for content

We prepare the content of these pages with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current. Our obligation to remove or block unlawful information begins at the point we become aware of a concrete infringement.

Liability for links

This site links to external websites over whose content we have no control. Those pages were checked for unlawful content when the link was created. We are not liable for later changes, and will remove a link once we are made aware of an infringement.

Copyright

The content, imagery and marks on these pages are protected by German copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use beyond what the law permits requires our written consent.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, your browser necessarily transmits data that Netlify records in server log files: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the file requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system version.

We process this on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering the site securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). The logs are not merged with other data and are not used to identify you. A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify, and transfers to the United States are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.

The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the site (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Google's privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

If you write to us, we process your address and the content of your message in order to answer it — on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract, and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR otherwise. We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose, and longer only where a statutory retention period applies. This site has no contact form and sets no cookies.

You have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable form (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Write to the address above to exercise any of them.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The one responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

We aim to conform to EN 301 549 V3.2.1, which incorporates the Level A and Level AA success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. We track WCAG 2.2 and will adopt it as the standard is updated.

Partially conformant. The site declares its language, provides a skip link to the main content on every page, meets the 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio for body and label text, respects reduced-motion preferences, and is operable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator. We have not yet completed a full external audit, so further issues may exist.

BESPIN Technologies GmbH is currently a micro-enterprise as defined in § 3 (2) BFSG, with fewer than ten employees and an annual turnover below EUR 2 million. The obligations of the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz for service providers therefore do not yet apply to us. We publish this statement voluntarily, and will bring the site into full conformance before those thresholds are crossed.
