BESPIN is building a persistent eye in the stratosphere — a platform that stays overhead for months, bridging the gap between a satellite that passes over every 90 minutes and a drone that lands after a few hours. We're based in Munich, plugged into Europe's deepest aerospace ecosystems, and part of TUM Venture Labs Aerospace & Defense. The team is small on purpose — every person builds, every role matters, including this one.

The role

We're looking for someone who brings financial rigour and operational calm to a fast-moving deep-tech environment. You will own the finance function end-to-end and keep the office running so engineers can stay heads-down building. This is not a support role in the background — you are the foundation everyone else builds on.

Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus. Priorities shift quickly here, and we need someone who adapts without losing the details.
